Seafood HCAPP Training Information
A series of special Seafood HACCP Update Sessions have been scheduled to introduce and discuss the new 5th Edition of the FDA Seafood HACCP Guide after its release. These Update and Trainer Re-Qualification Sessions are provided by the Seafood HACCP Alliance (SHA) for training and education, in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), and the International Food Protection Training Institute (IFPTI).
